This is Harry. I am now working on a mystery shopping project in Samarinda - about an insurance company. I am wondering whether anyone will be interested in a part-time project like this. The evaluation fee that we will pay you is 15 euros (we will have projects like this in samarinda continously later) if you successful finish the survey.


About Mystery shopping:

What you will do as a customer service evaluator?
– Pretend to be an ordinary customer and visit the store.
– Have necessary interaction with the store staff members. (15~30mins)
– Guideline will be given to tell you what you should do for the visit.
– Fill out an online questionnaire. (30mins)
 
Projects available in Indonesia :
European luxury brand
Fashion brand
World-known sports brand
Bank, etc
 
Requirements:
– 18 years or above
– Strong sense of responsibility, honesty, and punctuality
– Read and write English
 
Payment:
– Shop fee is between EUR 7 – 25 per visit, depending on the complication and requirement of the projects.
– Sometimes, you are required to buy something in the store and we will pay for it!!! Of course, you can keep it.
 
Work Hours:
You may visit the store either on weekday or weekend, whenever that best suits your schedule.
* For some special time bands, we will let you know before you get to start!
